Q: Where can I buy your products? Do you have a physical store I can visit?
A: Unfortunately, our products are only available online at present. We are already working to be in partnership with physical stores so that you can have access to them on a face to face value. Soon you can now find us at the department stores you frequent.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We do ship internationally. Check out the available couriers that we have for more information.
Q: Do you have insurance with your shipping?
A: Unfortunately, we don’t. However, you do not have any reasons to fret because you can get insurance on your own, however, with additional cost. During the checkout, you will be asked of the particular courier you are going to use for your purchase. From there, you are also going to be asked if you prefer to get an insurance. Tick yes, if you want and the additional cost will be charged automatically to you.
Q: How much is your shipping fee? Shipping cost varies depending on where you are located. So be sure to put your address correctly upon check out. What payment options do you accept?
A: We accept payments through wire transfers, PayPal and major credit cards companies such as MasterCard, Visa, JCB, and American Express. We do not accept payment upon delivery, however.
